To equip people with the skills to be able to manage change

Learning Outcomes, by the end of the course the participant will be able to:

• Understand that organisations need to respond to change
• Understand that organisations need individuals to take the initiative
• Understand how the ability to respond to new working practices reflects personal adaptability
