Stress Management

This course looks at individual’s current stress levels and how to recognise when you are becoming stressed. If you can do this then you are half way to being able to put a plan of action together to stop it spiralling out of control. It helps people to identify when stress can occur and the reasons why it occurs within the workplace and in other situations and will provide practical tips and actions to help to reduce this happening in the future.

Communication Skills

This fun and interactive course looks at the many ways we communicate and how we are always communicating even when we say nothing at all. Why we read things into what we hear from others and how what we say can sometimes be taken in the wrong way, are all covered. During this session we look at how we can improve our communication skills on the telephone and face to face and it also looks into our email and written communication skills.

Presentation Skills

Giving a presentation can be a daunting and scary experience.  This course looks at how we can prepare for a presentation and how we can get our message across with professionalism and calm. It also addresses making a good impression and keeping the audience awake and interested.

Developing Conflict Resolution Skills

However conflict can be constructive and creative as well as destructive and demoralising. How we deal with conflict is really up to us and this can affect the outcome it has on us. Learn how we instinctively react and how we can build on different ways to deal with different situations on this fun and interactive 2 day course.
