The CVS Finance Office is staffed by 2 part time officers. The Primary function of the department (and the one that takes up most of the available time) is to maintain the accounts for CVS and the projects directly managed by CVS.

In addition the department also provides a monthly payroll service to voluntary groups within the Wigan Borough. For details of this service contact Graham Sargent gsargent@wiganvoices.com at the CVS office.

In addition to the above, a limited amount of time is available to offer advice on accounts matters such as book-keeping etc if you have a query please contact us by phone on 01942 514234 or email-

In addition to its core functions, CVS manages other programmes devised and funded externally.
