Your place is confirmed once we receive your booking form and payment. If you wish to cancel please send a letter to the Training Department, Wigan and Leigh CVS, 93 Church Street, Leigh, Lancashire, WN7 1AZ.

A colleague may attend in your place rather than be charged the cancellation fee.

Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

For Customised Training

Cancellation of any customised training organised will need to be given, in writing, 21 days prior to any session being delivered. If we receive notification before this time we will only charge a 5% administration fee.

No refund will be made for any sessions cancelled less than 21 days before the event, you will be liable for the whole fee, except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of the Wigan and Leigh CVS Chief Executive.
