When you start volunteering you can gain certificates from vinvolved which will recognise your contribution and look great on your CV.

Thank You Certificate

This is given to all volunteers who carry out a one-off or taster session of volunteering. The vinvolved team appreciates that not everyone wants to volunteer over a long period of time. However, vinvolved wants to recognise the valuable contribution of all volunteers, no matter how many hours are spent.

v50 Award

This is awarded to any volunteer who has completed 50 hours of volunteering over a 12 month period. The volunteer records their hours in the v50 logbook which they will receive when they begin their volunteering placement. This looks great on your CV and is something you can show to employers, colleges, universities or training providers.

vimpact Award

This award is for any volunteer who wishes to take the next step in their volunteering. Over a 12 month period, volunteers will not only complete 100 hours of volunteering, but also work through the vimpact booklet to think more about the benefits to the community and the impact they have. It will also enable volunteers to evaluate how their own skills and confidence have grown through their volunteering. Again, this will look fantastic on your CV and really improve your chances of getting into education, employment or training.
