Website: What's the Story?

A statement of the obvious, but the Wigan and Leigh website is now live!

The website was largely put together by volunteers at vinvolved, one of which was Tom Barrett.  Tom has been volunteering with vinvolved since the end of last year and despite being at the very top of the 16-25 bracket, this was the first time that Tom had done voluntary work, after arriving in Wigan following working on Teesside, studying in Manchester and growing up in Leeds.

Tom says "I have enjoyed working on this website, as it is something that I can do in my own time and fit between work and I have also learnt a thing or two along the way."

"The website will act as many people's first contact point with vinvolved, so I have been glad to contribute to it, I hope that more and more things can be added to the website and that it acts as a valuableresource."

Are you a young volunteer with a story to tell? Why not send Tom your story for the website. Email to vinvolved@cvswl.org
